Tom Dillarstone
Principal Planning Officer, Mansfield District Council
Tom is a graduate of both Birmingham and Newcastle universities. He is a chartered member of the RTPI and has worked in planning policy in Nottinghamshire since 2007. During this time he has been involved in the Greater Nottingham Aligned Core Strategy, the second round of Brownfield Register Pilots, as well as a number of highly controversial planning applications which resulted in judicial reviews. He joined Mansfield DC in November 2016 and leads on the production of the Housing & Economic Land Availability Assessment and identifying infrastructure requirements resulting from proposed growth.
