Trevor Adey
Trevor Adey is Head of Business Development for the Land Trust, a national land management charity with responsibility for 70 green spaces across England and Scotland. Trevor joined the Land Trust after 12 years at Savills in Manchester, where as a Director of Planning he advised landowners, developers and financial institutions on a wide range of town and country planning issues, promoting large-scale commercial and retail developments, strategic land and immediate residential schemes.
Trevor is now responsible for acquiring new open space opportunities for the Land Trust, turning unloved former industrial, waste and coalfield sites into valued community assets; and promoting the Trust’s rapidly growing residential service charge business through partnerships with some of the country’s largest landowners, promoters and developers on major urban expansions, new settlements, garden communities and regeneration sites.
