Groundwater 2018

Dr Anwen Hughes is a Hydrogeologist with over twenty years' experience working in environmental consultancy, regulation and research, including five years with the Environment Agency at both local area and head office level.  Anwen has been responsible for the technical direction and project management of a broad range of projects comprising contaminated soils and groundwater investigations, quantitative risk assessment, MNA assessments, remediation options appraisal, remediation design, groundwater resources management and protection.  She has worked across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, infrastructure, nuclear and defence sites. Anwen is a registered Specialist in Land Condition (SiLC).
