Environment Analyst Business Summit 2019

Mark Hagger is Commercial Strategy Manager at the Environment Agency.  He led the team on the commercial design of the last two major framework arrangements for the Environment Agency (2013 and 2019).  He is chair of the Infrastructure and Projects Authority Client Capability Working Group which reports to the Government Construction Board and also a member of the ICE Project 13 Early Adopters Group.  In his career he has worked for major contractors and consultants, as well as client organisations.  A Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, he is passionate about delivering better, more sustainable outcomes for people and wildlife, through collaborative teams.
