Event overview
Environmental consultancy is built upon strong technical skills. However, technical skills on their own don’t work to influence clients to buy into your services, or to implement sustainability and environmental considerations in their projects. In certain cases, the use of jargon and acronyms can alienate people even more.
In fact, environmental consultants are there to provide a service and add value to their clients, not to con them. For this reason, every environmental professional needs to refine (or develop!) their finest sales skills in order to be able to provide a valuable service to their clients, and to find the perfect solution to their clients’ problems.
In this webinar, we will cover the reasons why every technical person should learn how to sell sustainability successfully and in an ethical way.
