Event overview
Over twenty years of green washing and tree-hugging accusations have caused environmental practitioners to become less credible in the eyes of clients.
Add to this that environmental professionals are often outsiders in teams, called upon only at a time of necessity, and it is obvious how they might not have a strong a voice as it would be needed to exercise authority on the team and to get the job done.
In this second webinar, we will look at techniques to make a lasting impact on clients and peers, even when you don’t have formal authority on them. In particular, we will look at honing your assertiveness and influencing skills, and learning how to increase your charisma for maximum impact.
