Rebecca graduated from the University of Bristol with an MSci in Geography. She has worked at Kent County Council and across a variety of environmental charities before becoming Planning Campaigner at CPRE.
At CPRE, Rebecca leads on delivering campaigns related to brownfield issues. She has led the analysis of brownfield registers in both the pilot study carried out by Government in 2016 and more recently as part of the State of Brownfield 2018 report. In addition, she has also managed a project that investigated the processes used by local councils to develop their brownfield register that resulted in the report Unlocking Potential.
Beyond her brownfield related work, Rebecca undertakes a range of other analyses on local plans, delivery of affordable housing, including the impact of viability, and the Green Belt.
