Ahead of our Brownfield Redevelopment: Midlands conference (3 July, Wolverhampton) speaker Paul Nathanail, will be hosting a free webinar on redeveloping post-industrial brownfield sites – from risk to profit.
#tldr developers employing competent consultants getting it right first time make more profit than those who employ the cheapest consultants. Key themes to be discussed in the webinar include:
• Time is money
• There is no “I” in team
• The NPPF is reasonably right
• When clients’ alarm bells should ring
• Competent professionals finish right not first
• Competent reports get through planning first time
• Choosing a suitably qualified professional
Speaker: Paul Nathanail, Managing Director, Land Quality Management
Paul is managing director of specialist consultancy, Land Quality Management Ltd.
