Martin Holmes
As UK Site Assessment and Remediation Director, Martin is responsible for the operational, technical and financial leadership of Celtic’s onsite remediation business in the UK. Martin is based in Cardiff and leads a UK wide team of a team of 35 operational staff.
With over twenty-four years in the Environmental and Contaminated Land Sector as both a Consultant and a Contractor, Martin has a broad range of technical competencies gained through the completion of numerous contaminated land assessments, preconstruction activities, remediation designs and remediation contracts to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. With direct experience in the application of a range of remediation techniques, Martin has a proven track record in the detailed design, practicable implementation and verification of achievable remediation strategies.
