Senior Waste Advisor, Natural Resources Wales
Tim is a graduate chemist and worked in the hazardous waste industry for 13 years in a variety of technical and commercial roles. He joined the Environment Agency in 2005 and was involved in waste regulation roles in permitting, compliance and policy. Since 2015 he has been a senior technical advisor in Natural Resources Wales specialising in hazardous waste regulation. He was the lead UK technical editor on the last revision of WM3 (May 2018) and continues to work with the other UK environment agencies on waste classification issues.
