Owen is a freelance environmental advisor working with clients who acquire and develop brownfield sites throughout Ireland and the UK. As a former environmental insurance broker, consultant and regulator, Owen has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that arise from brownfield redevelopment. His ability to develop clear, commercially astute strategies that minimise environmental liability exposure and maximise development potential has earned him a reputation of being a pragmatic problem-solver dedicated to the appropriate and sustainable redevelopment of brownfield sites. 

Owen is a Specialist in Land Condition, a Suitably Qualified Person under the National Quality Marks Scheme, a chartered environmental manager, scientist and environmentalist, and is the founding Chair of the Ireland Brownfield Network.
