Matt Crossman
Team Leader, Flood, Water & Waste, National Infrastructure Commission
Matt Crossman is a team leader at the National Infrastructure Commission and was responsible for the flood, water and waste sectors in the first National Infrastructure Assessment . He is now leading a study on infrastructure resilience which is due to report in spring 2020. Matt is a chartered civil engineer and has worked for consulting engineers, research organisations and government in UK and south-east Asia. Earlier in his career Matt had a number of roles in flood management at Defra, culminating in leading on policy and initial implementation for the Flood and Water Management Act 2010.
