Kirsty gained a BA in Geography from the University of Wolverhampton in 2010, and went on to work within the Waste Management industry for seven and half years. She made a career change in 2018 when she became the Knowledge Transfer Manager for the Brownfield Research and Innovation Centre at the University of Wolverhampton.
Kirsty is enthusiastic about Urban Regeneration, and protecting green spaces, specifically encouraging the re-use of Brownfield sites within the Black Country to encourage economic growth and prevent the development of greenbelt.
