Tim Cawood
Tim is a Specialist in Land Condition, Chartered Engineer and Chartered Environmentalist and is currently Project Director for a range of brownfield regeneration projects across the Midlands.
Over the past 17 years Tim has worked in all aspects of brownfield redevelopment, from desk studies and site investigations, to quantitative risk assessment and remediation. In particular, Tim has spent several years as resident engineer on a number of gasworks remediation projects. He is also a Scrutineer for the SoBRA Register of Brownfield Risk Assessors
Tim started his environmental career following a BSc in Environment Management at Cranfield University. Since then he has also completed an MSc in Environmental Engineering Design and Management at Nottingham Trent University. Most recently he has studied for an MBA with the Open University Business School.
