Debbie Hope
Debbie is responsible for leading the effective commissioning, development and delivery of housing schemes within Stoke-on-Trent City Council. This is achieved through the creation of strong partnerships and working relationships within the construction industry, as well as liaising closely with other regeneration initiatives and the private sector.
Debbie joined the City Council in April 2006 and has 26 years Housing experience covering various regions and focusing on: Delivery of new build housing schemes for sale; Public Sector Housing Management; Low Cost Home Ownership delivery; Housing Strategy; Neighbourhood Renewal and Regeneration; and PFI.
Debbie’s key achievement include setting up a local housing company, delivery of regeneration projects under a range of initiatives, delivery of Community Masterplans, delivery from procurement to construction of the PFI5-housing for older people, land deals and asset disposal.
