Richard is an Associate Director with RPS, based in Bristol and Cardiff. Richard has 20 years’ professional experience of environmental consultancy as a Geophysicist and Hydrogeologist. Richard specialises in the Water Sciences and manages delivery of technical assessments within the fields of land quality, site investigation, waste management, industrial permitting and planning, water resources, hydrogeological and human health risk assessments and remediation.
Richard also acts as an Expert Witness to such applications during judicial review and public inquiry, most recently for the proposed M4 Corridor around Newport motorway.
