Phil is a Technical Director with RPS, based in Bristol and Cardiff. Phil has over 17 years’ experience of managing the environmental aspects of contaminated land projects in support of due diligence, redevelopment and permitting. Phil has a proven track record providing high quality advice in relation to contaminated land, waste management, permitting/consents and engineering supporting large scale redevelopment. Phil has acted as contaminated land lead in relation to numerous Environmental Impact Assessments and Development Consent Order applications for industrial and non-industrial facilities.
