Mark is a Chartered Town Planner with over twenty years experience in the private and public sectors. As an experienced member of staff he advises a wide range of clients on planning and policy issues across Wales and the South West of England. Mark provides advice at all stages of the planning and development process, from pre-application consultation and PAC Reports, the preparation of a planning applications and Certificates of Lawfulness, Hazardous Substances Consent, Environmental Impact Assessment and associated Heads of Terms / S106 Agreements, to the submission and appearance at planning appeals including Statements of Common Ground.
