Alan has 13 years’ experience in environmental consultancy, specialising in land contamination (including remedial options appraisal, development of remedial strategies and implementation/management of remedial works), environmental due diligence and liability assessment. He also has extensive experience in the fields of materials/waste management and pollution response consultancy. Alan advises developers, financial institutions, property agents and investors with respect to potential environmental liabilities in the context of both acquisitions / divestments and the planning/regulatory regimes.
