Clare Bullock
Clare Bullock is on the Jacobs Digital Solutions Leadership Team and is GeoSpatial Business Director for Europe. Clare is currently the Digital Solutions lead for projects such as the Design Consent Order for ESSO’s Southampton to London Pipeline, discipline lead for Highways England Smart Motorways Programme, and advisor on projects including the Essex County Council A120 Braintree to Marks Tey and most recently Highways England Lower Thames Crossing.
Clare has previously led the Jacobs Environmental Business in Perth, Australia, and has over 20 years’ experience working in the UK and Australia on major infrastructure projects.
Clare is currently leading Jacobs strategy for Digital Environmental Impact Assessment, working with environmental discipline leads to develop new technologies and efficiencies across the project lifecycle. Clare has a significant role in Jacobs BIM strategy for Highways working with the Engineering disciplines to develop best practice workflows and technology.
