An executive vice president and business operating unit leader for Stantec's Environmental Services business, Susan is a dynamic leader recognized for forging strong client relationships, driving growth, and inspiring an inclusive team environment.

​Her project and leadership experience span diverse sectors and geographies across the consulting engineering and construction industry. Susan has managed complex environmental programs around the world and provided strategic oversight of transformational business change. No matter her role, Susan is committed to superior client care and project delivery.

​Susan is an advisory board member of the FIDIC (International Federal of Consulting Engineers) Global Leadership Forum and a member of OECD’s (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) Executive Consultation Group supporting their Blue Dot Network. She has a bachelor of geology from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Science in geochemistry from the University of Chicago.

Sharad Bhushan

Director – Growth & Strategy (India), SMEC

Sharad is currently Director – Strategy and Growth at SMEC in India. In his role as Project Director for the Jal Jeevan Mission projects he was coordinating the firm’s delivery of water supply design services across business areas and geographies throughout India. In his 19+ year career, Sharad has advised on planning, designing and delivery of strategic primary infrastructure wet utilities services including water supply, irrigation, sewerage and drainage services supporting large, private sector developments.

At SMEC, Sharad oversees SMEC's strategic growth that includes driving significant business generation across South and Central Asia in the water sector. SMEC is committed towards leveraging its 70-year history of delivering nation-building infrastructure while providing technical expertise and advanced engineering services to resolve complex challenges across the project lifecycle, from initial concept, feasibility, planning and design through to construction, commissioning, and operation and maintenance. He is an active collaborator and enjoys sharing his expertise at conferences, workshops, and webinars. Sharad holds an MBA in business operations and a degree in Civil Engineering.

Jose Revuelta

Chief Strategy Officer, Montrose Environmental

Jose Revuelta is Chief Strategy Officer of Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. and part of the founding team. In this capacity, he oversees all the firm’s partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, and new initiatives. Mr. Revuelta brings significant leadership and management experience to the Company. Previously, Mr. Revuelta was a Vice President with the Infrastructure and Private Equity business of UBS Global Asset Management, where he focused on the energy, utility, transportation, and environmental sectors. In this capacity, Mr. Revuelta helped oversee a $10bn portfolio and was responsible for Finance and Tax oversight for all US holding entities.

Mr. Revuelta was on the Board of Northern Star Generation, a US IPP with 1,412MW of gas and waste-coal power plants, where he helped lead re-financings and commodity hedges valued at over $1bn. Prior to his role at UBS Global Asset Management, Mr. Revuelta was a member of the Infrastructure Group in the Investment Banking division of UBS. Mr. Revuelta received his MBA from the Columbia Business School, Columbia University, and a MS/BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain.
